ORDERING TICKETS

College Commencement Ticket Ordering Timeline:

THURSDAY APRIL 30TH – SUNDAY MAY 2ND, 2026. Select your preferred ceremony time (11am, 3pm, or 7pm) 

Departmental Commencement Ticket Ordering Timeline:

FRIDAY, MAY 8, 2026, through FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2026.  deadline to order – NO EXCEPTIONS

Ticket orders and RSVPs for all Commencement activities are submitted during this period and will be done via MyUCLA by going to the Academics Tab and selecting the “Commencement” button. Please ensure you have completed your senior survey since it is required in order to gain access to ticket ordering. If you want to participate in both ceremonies, you will have to reserve tickets twice. Once during the college ceremony timeframe and the other during the departmental ceremony timeframe. Please be sure to reserve both a student and your guest tickets!!!


ALL TICKETS are being issued electronically via email from the Central Ticketing office (cto@tickets.ucla.edu). Tickets will begin to be emailed out from June 1st through the first day of the College Ceremony.

For the EEB ceremony, students may order a maximum of eight (8) tickets. The first four (4) tickets are free. All tickets, including the four (4) free tickets, must be ordered via MyUCLA during the designated ticket order period noted above (Friday, May 8, 2026 – Friday, May 22, 2026]. Additional tickets are $20.00 per ticket; cost will be billed directly to the student’s BruinBill account. 

After May 22nd, students will be charged whether or not the tickets were used

If you only want the four (4) free tickets, students must still order these four (4) free tickets when they enter their RSVP for the EEB Commencement Celebration.

All invited guests must have a ticket to attend except for infants or small children who would sit on an adult’s lap during the ceremony. Note: Revenue generated by ticket sales covers the cost of the EEB Commencement Celebration.

You will be required to submit a copy of your commencement speech however, it is perfectly okay if you only have a rough draft. Additionally, you are allowed to bring a copy of your speech to read off of for your audition. While not required, previous speeches have incorporated concepts, experienced, and coursework learn within the EEB department into their speech.

Singers will be required to audition with the national anthem and the alma mater. We invite all traditional and individual interpretations of these songs.

DAY OF THE EVENT

Name Care Pickup

Students can pick up their namecards at our EEB Undergraduate Office at Hershey Hall 101 beginning tomorrow May 27th, 2026. If the office is not open, we will have namecards in the waiting room outside our office. Name cards should be filled out and brought to the day of the commencement. This is essentially the card you give our name readers as you are walking the stage. Name cards will also be available the day of commencement however, we have over 430 graduates and limited pens so picking up and completing your name cards prior to commencement will make your day more seamless.

Students must arrive by 8:00AM and report to the area between Kaufman Hall and the Fowler Museum and already dressed in their black cap and gown. Students should also have their NAME CARD with them or be prepared to fill a NAME CARD out day of. *Note: If you are filling out a NAME CARD on the day of, please arrive on time or bring your own pen as it can take a while to fill out your NAME CARD day of due to limited pens*

photo shows a map of the commencement entrances. There will be three check-in areas for guests. One near Kaufman Hall, one near the student activity center, and one closest to the stadium field. Students will pick up name cards near the fowler museum and will line up between Kaufman Hall and the Anderson school of management.

 

EEB EXIT SURVEY AND NAME CARD
In an attempt to save time on the day of the ceremony, NAME CARDS will be available for pick-up beginning on MONDAY, MAY 18, 2026, at the EEB Undergraduate Office (101 Hershey Hall).

In order to obtain the NAME CARD prior to the EEB Commencement Celebration, it is encouraged for students to complete the EEB Exit Survey (via BruinLearn) and show the confirmation that is displayed upon completion of the survey.  A link to the EEB Exit Survey will be posted on the EEB Undergraduate website and will be available on Friday May 15th, 2026. Note: The EEB Exit Survey is separate from the UCLA Senior Survey.
