FBQ - How to Apply
Prerequisites for the FBQ are specific to each FBQ but always include Life Sciences 1. Prior to each FBQ application period, the faculty will determine a finalized set of prerequisites. Prerequisite courses may include EE BIOL 100, among others.
Applications for the FBQ will be available in the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Undergraduate Office (101 Hershey Hall) during the designated application period. The application period may range anywhere from one year prior to the FBQ to two quarters prior to the FBQ.
Information about the application period for the FBQ will be posted on the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Undergraduate News Listserv and on the Department web site.
It is highly recommended that students interested in applying to the FBQ subscribe to the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Undergraduate News Listserv in order to receive notification about the application period.
Instructions on how to subscribe to the Listserv:
- Go to http://lists.ucla.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/obeenews-l.
