Professors Grether and Blumstein elected Fellows of the Animal Behavior Society

Professors Greg Grether and Dan Blumstein have been elected Fellows of the Animal Behavior Society (ABS). According to the ABS by-laws "Fellows are members who have engaged in research in animal behavior for at least ten years and who in the opinion of the elected officers and current Fellows of the society have made distinguished contributions to the field. Not more than 5% of the active membership shall be Fellows." Other Fellows in the Department are Distinguished Professor Patty Gowaty and Nicholas Collias, who was also a Founding Member of the ABS.
