We received updated information regarding TRS and the submission of bi-weekly timesheets for pay period end date 9/22/18. We’ve been informed that UCPath TRS is now available to all users. Below are important and key details that we were asked to share with you. The first key detail that I must highlight is that for any timesheets for pay period ending 9/22/18 submitted in Legacy TRS must be re-entered in UCPath TRS. This must happen in order for bi-weekly employees to receive their earnings on October 3, 2018. However, it appears that some of the timesheet approvers have dropped off the system during the transition, which we are now in the process of re-entering. Therefore, I ask that all bi-weekly paid employees, please try to re-enter their hours worked and submit it to your supervisor no later than 12 noon today. The supervisor will have until 6 pm today to approve the timesheet.
