2023 EEB COMMENCEMENT CELEBRATION – TICKET ORDERS

This information pertains only to the 2023 EEB COMMENCEMENT CELEBRATION. Information about other Commencement ceremonies may be found on the UCLA Commencement webpage.
NOTE: Please do not send multiples messages to Message Center with the same content if you do not receive a reply immediately. Sending multiple messages will only delay your request since it will add to the number of messages that we will be reviewing. We will respond to your request as quickly as we are able.
TICKETS
Ordering Period begins on FRIDAY, MAY 12, 2023, at 12:00PM (PST), and ends on FRIDAY, MAY 26, 2023.
Ticket orders and RSVPs for all Commencement activities are submitted during this period. For more information: https://www.college.ucla.edu/commencement/ticket-ordering/
ALL TICKETS are being issued electronically, either through Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
For the EEB ceremony, students may order a maximum of eight (8) tickets. The first four (4) tickets are free. All tickets, including the four (4) free tickets, must be ordered via MyUCLA during the designated ticket order period noted above (Friday, May 12, 2023 – Friday, May 26, 2023]. Additional tickets are $20.00 per ticket; cost will be billed directly to the student’s BruinBill account. After a ticket order is placed, students will be charged whether or not the tickets were picked up or used.
Students must still order the four (4) free tickets, even if they only plan to use the four (4) free tickets, when they enter their RSVP for the EEB Commencement Celebration.
All invited guests must have a ticket to attend except for infants or small children who would sit on an adult’s lap during the ceremony. Participating students do not need a ticket for the EEB Commencement Celebration. Note: Revenue generated by ticket sales covers the cost of the EEB Commencement Celebration.
Students who missed the RSVP and ticket order deadline for the EEB Commencement Celebration must send a message via the MyUCLA Message Center beginning TUESDAY, MAY 30, 2023, THROUGH FRIDAY, JUNE 2, 2023 by 3:00PM (PST). The Subject of the message should be Missed RSVP and should include the following information:
(1) First and Last Name
(2) UID
(3) Number of tickets requested
(4) Major/Minor – must be declared in an EEB Major or Minor (Majors: Biology, EBE, Marine Biology; Minors: Conservation Biology, Evolutionary Medicine).
Students will be informed via Message Center once the ticket order has been processed.
Students who have already ordered tickets and wish to order additional tickets may send their request via the MyUCLA Message Center beginning on TUESDAY, JUNE 6, 2023, at 9:00AM, THROUGH MONDAY, JUNE 12, 2023 at 3:00PM, with the following information:
(1) First and Last Name
(2) UID
(3) Number of tickets already ordered
(4) Number of additional tickets requested.
Please be aware that we may not be able to fulfill students’ request for additional tickets.
