Ordering Commencement Tickets
All baccalaureate candidates are expected to place their ticket orders and to submit RSVPs for all Commencement events by Wednesday, May 13, 2009. Notifications via MyUCLA and advertisements in the Daily Bruin will inform and remind students of these deadlines.
Students who plan to participate in the Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Commencement Celebration must RSVP online via MyUCLA by Wednesday, May 13, 2009. If you miss the May 13 deadline but plan to participate, you must RSVP via e-mail to the Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Undergraduate Office (eebundergrad@lifesci.ucla.edu) no later than Friday, May 29, 2009. In the subject line, indicate "EEB RSVP". However, if you RSVP past May 13, there is no guarantee that guest tickets will be available.
As a participant in the Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Commencement Celebration you do not need a ticket for yourself. However, all of your invited guests must have a ticket to attend. Guest tickets may be ordered online through MyUCLA for the Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Commencement Celebration beginning Tuesday, April 28, 2009, and ending Wednesday, May 13, 2009. During this period, students may RSVP and order up to ten (10) guest tickets. The first four (4) tickets are free. Your BAR account will be assessed a fee per ticket for the additional six (6) tickets. Please be aware that there is no guarantee that your waitlist request for additional tickets will be granted. You may modify or cancel your guest ticket orders via MyUCLA until May 13, 2009. Fees will be assessed to your BAR account based on your final ticket order as of this date. Your BAR account will be charged whether or not the tickets were used or picked up.
Tickets ordered via MyUCLA between Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, May 13 should be picked up between Monday, May 18, 2009 and Monday, June 1, 2009 at the Central Ticket Office (CTO). You must present a Photo ID to pick up your tickets. Tickets that are not picked by June 1 may be invalidated and released to other students.
No ticket orders will be taken by the Commencement Office. All ticket orders must be placed online via MyUCLA.
Beginning May 14, students requesting tickets for departmental events must do so at their department and NOT through MyUCLA. These requests will be accommodated only if space is available.
